These terms explain how Vitrine may be used for AI image generation, photo editing, content safety, payments, and support.

Input Material Rights
You must own, license, or otherwise have permission to upload and process product photos, portraits, trademarks, brand assets, logos, prompts, and other materials submitted to Vitrine.
Content Safety and Prohibited Content
You must not use Vitrine to create or edit illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, non-consensual, exploitative, NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, pornographic, or exposed sexual content. Requests may be reviewed by automated moderation before generation.
Commercial Review
Generated and edited images are creative assistance. Before publishing, selling, advertising, or using outputs commercially, you must review accuracy, copyright, likeness rights, trademarks, marketplace rules, advertising requirements, and applicable laws.
Payments and Credits
Paid credits and plans are used to access generation workflows. Payment availability, pricing, refunds, and fulfillment may depend on the payment method, region, and product selected at checkout.
Enforcement
Vitrine may reject generation requests, limit access, remove content, withhold credits, or suspend accounts that appear to violate these terms, applicable laws, payment provider requirements, or responsible AI standards.
